First time in Milan

Milan is one of the biggest and most famous city of Italy. It is full of very nice places to see. If you are here for the first time, follow our tips and enjoy a city walk to discover it!

Start from Piazza del Duomo (Duomo Square), the heart of the city.
Close to Piazza Duomo, discover The Duomo of Milan, a beautiful catholich church in gothic style.

Go through Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, one the world's oldest shopping malls. Take a look on Prada, Armani, Borsalino or TOD'S displaywindows.
Go under the Octagon and turn yourself three times on the bull mosaic: you'll get lucky!

At the end of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, admire the amazing facade of La Scala, a world-renowned opera and ballet house.

Go back to Piazza del Duomo, and walk through Via Dante, a pedestrian zone full of shops.
At the end of Piazza Duomo, see the Sforza Castle and the Simplom Park.

Go back to Piazza Castello and discover Brera, a delicious district rich in art galleries and shops.

Go through Via Pontaccio, Via Fiori Chiari, Via Brera, Via Giuseppe Verdi and Via Alessandro Manzoni. Walk untill Armani Hotel, than turn right: you are in Monte Napoleone, the high-class shopping street.

At the end of Monte Napoleone (this street is about 500 meters), go to San Babila Square.
From San Babila Square take a walk on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, a pedestrian zone full of shops.

At the end of Corso Vittorio Emanuele you are back to Duomo. This walking tour takes about 4 hours.

Via Torino, a street of low cost and fast fashion shops.

Corso di Porta Ticinese, the so-called hipster street, on which you can find casual and streetwear fashion, and Columns of San Lorenzo (Roman ruin), a square buit in the Middle Ages with a row of columns taken from a Roman temple.

Navigli, two canals lined by coloured houses, cafes, bars and restaurants.
